2022 Asia-Pacific Workshop on Fundamentals and Applications of Advanced Semiconductor Devices (AWAD)

July 7 – 8, 2022

Virtual

2022 Asia-Pacific Workshop on Fundamentals and Applications of Advanced Semiconductor Devices (AWAD 2022) will be held as a virtual workshop, from July 7 (Thu.) to 8 (Fri.), 2022. This annual workshop has been held alternately in Japan and Korea since 1993, and the 2022 Workshop will be the 29th in a series of the workshop. The purposes of this workshop are to bring scientists and engineers together, actively engaged in advanced semiconductor devices and materials, and to discuss the present and future device processing and related technologies. The workshop will cover the entire field of semiconductor devices and materials, from fundamental physics to recent improvements in device performance and processing technology.

See you in the next AWAD!

AWAD 2022 will be held in a fully virtual format.

Hybrid (Virtual/Busan*)

*Reflecting the current COVID-19 situation in Korea, Korean organizing committee and invited speakers may attend the workshop offline in Grand Josun, Busan.
